Grammy Award winning blues artist, Mr. John Hammond was the showcase artist at a recent Roots of American Music benefit. Performing solo, John blew the doors off the 200 + guests that supported the cause.

Roots of American Music (ROAM ) is dedicated to presenting and preserving blues, folk, jazz, gospel and other forms of roots music and uses music as an education tool. This benefit raised over $23,000 for school programs. The funding will be used to support the artist educators who work with undeserved children in the classroom.
